Judge Glenda HatchettGlenda's Blog

Hi. Thanks so much for checking out my blog. My entries will keep you up to date with my monthly events. You can expect to see pictures of the people that I have encountered, as well of my thoughts along this journey.

Each day I encounter situations that become etched on my heart. Please read below to hear some of those stories that have touched my daily life and the lessons I've learned from them.

The View follow-up

The View was great!
It was so nice spending the hour with the Ladies of The View. As you saw we had plenty to talk about, from CASA, to Rosie's preferences, lol! Our biggest debate was over pre-nuptial agreements, what did you guys think?

Everyone is asking about the suit I wore on the show. It was designed by the talented B. Michael in New York. You can learn more about his fashion line at:

Until next time...

I am excited to anounce that I will be co-hosting The View on Monday October 23rd. I would love for you to show your support by tuning in to ABC at 11:00. It is going to be a blast sharing the hour with Joy, Elizabeth and Rosie. I look forward to sharing my experiences with you guys. Email me and tell me what you thought about the show!

Welcome!

On October 11, 2006, I was a guest at The Chatham-Savannah Youth's Authority Sixth Annual Community Summit where this year's theme was "Building a Community for Healthy Youth Development". The focus of the summit was to strengthen and expand partnership efforts in developing the executing action plans that address the issues facing our community's children, youth, and their families - specifically in the areas of education and juvenile crime. I was honored to be in the presence of so many who share the commitment to improving children's chances for growing up healthy, becoming well educated in supportive families and becoming free of at-risk behaviors. A special thank you to Jacqueline Elmore and staff for making this a memorable occasion for all involved.
