There's no such thing as failure, you are just warming up for success. You have to dig deep and you have to find your own passion. Sometimes,
with the right mix of love and faith and tolerance and support and mutual respect and patience, situations can turn in other ways. In positive ways. In hopeful ways. And that's what these tips are all about – helping each other to walk the path of purpose and possibility. Drawing on our shared experiences so that we can make better decisions and so that we can support them with better decisions of our own.
Finding the resolve and the reason to give ourselves the earned benefit of the doubt, to the point where we can't help but come down on the side of hope.

Are most dreams unrealistic or simply unrealized? What can I do to get closer to living my dream?
It depends on both the dream and the dreamer. Those who dream about winning the lottery or marrying their favorite Hollywood celebrity will find that their dreams are probably pretty unrealistic! Other than obvious far-fetched fantasies, many will find that their dreams are often left unrealized…
Dreams will stay just dreams as long you keep them in your head. Once you are able to step outside yourself and turn those thoughts into realistic goals, you are that much closer to making those “dreams” come true. Developing a plan for how you will achieve your goals is often difficult to do. It is easy to become overwhelmed while planning this journey. It can involve years of dedication and actually seeing those steps on paper can be discouraging. Try developing a timeline and breaking things down into two categories, long-term and short-term goals. By doing this, it can be a little less intimidating and more manageable. After you have your goals set, start brainstorming different ways to achieve each of your goals. Having multiple ways to reach one goal allows room for error. If one approach proves to be ineffective, you will have others to choose from.
As you start putting your plan into action, you might find that you will have to give up some behaviors that are counterproductive to reaching your goals. Procrastination can be the Achilles’ heel of many motivated individuals. Putting things off until tomorrow can turn into weeks, months, and years. When trying to reach a life long goal, simply waiting until the “next time” will not do. Start thinking in terms of today! What can you do today to get you more prepared for tomorrow? After all, you must be ready when you hear opportunity knocking at your door.
While in preparation mode, it will become increasingly important to surround yourself with positive people. Negativity can be contagious and will do you no good in your journey. Let the haters go! Building a support system that brings you comfort during hard times and joy at success will help you along your way. Everyone needs someone. Also, you should start networking. Try researching local organizations that might be beneficial to you and attending seminars in your field of interest. By putting yourself out there, you will foster relationships with people doing similar things. Maintaining those connections will prove to be valuable in the future.
No one said that reaching your goals is easy. Behind most success is sacrifice. Ask any one that you know that is currently living their dream. They will tell you that the road to success is not paved with gold or lined with pink roses. It can be long and rocky. Yet, for those determined and hard working individuals who make it to the end, it will be well worth it.
